The Silver Sponsor Ticket for UK PonyCon 2024 includes the following:

Admission to the convention

Access to the convention for the whole weekend of Saturday Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October 2024. Includes access to events, panels, games, and stalls. Don’t forget to enter our competitions too!

Saturday night music concert

Party during our music concert featuring musicians from the fandom on the evening of Saturday 5th October 2024.

Con book

Your essential event programme, containing everything you need to know for the convention and a great souvenir.

Covid-19 ticket promise

If the event takes place, but you are unable to attend due to travel restrictions or a requirement to self-isolate, you can request a refund of your ticket. Please see the terms and conditions for full details.

Friday registration available for less time queuing

Silver Sponsor ticket holders can pick up their con badge and sponsor merchandise on Friday 4th October 2024 from our registration desk in Nottingham city centre for no extra cost and spend less time queuing on arrival at the convention on Saturday. Location and timings to be announced. Registration on arrival at the convention on Saturday is also available.

£10 donation to RDA

Support Riding for the Disabled Association as a silver sponsor with a £10 donation as part of your ticket.

Your name in the con book

Have your name (can be your real name, nickname, or online username) featured in the silver sponsor section of the con book’s thank you page.

Silver sponsor Discord server role and channel

Join the conversation on the UK PonyCon Discord chat server with other attendees, and get the silver sponsor role. You’ll also gain access to a restricted channel to chat with other silver sponsors, and receive updates from the UK PonyCon team relevant to your experience at UK PonyCon.

Early access to buy tickets to Afternoon Tea

As a sponsor, you’ll be invited to buy tickets to the Afternoon Tea taking place on Saturday afternoon, for you and up to four friends, before they go on general sale.

Early access to pre-order merchandise

As a sponsor, you’ll be invited to pre-order merchandise for collection at the convention, before we open pre-orders to attendees with standard tickets.

Messenger bag

A messenger bag, featuring a fantastic piece of artwork and perfect for carrying your UK PonyCon haul. The messenger bag is also available to buy from our merchandise table at the convention.

Silver & gold sponsor t-shirt

A t-shirt exclusively available for silver and gold sponsors, featuring an exclusive piece of artwork for UK PonyCon 2024. Available in sizes S to XXL.

Option to buy a sponsor hoodie

As a Silver Sponsor, you have the option to buy one Sponsor Hoodie as an add-on for £52. This is a premium heavy-weight hoodie made from organic cotton and recycled polyester featuring artwork shared with the sponsor t-shirt. This is a medium fit and available in sizes S to XXL. This is strictly pre-order and the purchase deadline is 1st August 2024.

A high-quality print of an exclusive piece of artwork for UK PonyCon 2024 silver sponsors.

Ceramic mug

The traditional gift for a twentieth anniversary is china, and in honour of UK PonyCon’s twentieth convention, we’re bringing back the custom-printed ceramic mug. The ceramic mug is also available to buy from our merchandise table at the convention.

A sponsor-exclusive A5 size sheet of stickers made of durable vinyl, perfect for sticking on phone cases, laptops and suitcases.

Enamel pin

Enamel pins were often requested and we’re listening. This enamel pin marks the twentieth UK PonyCon. The enamel pin is also available to buy from our merchandise table at the convention.

Priority seating at Mane Stage

An allocated seating area at our Mane Stage for silver sponsors, closer to the action. First-come first-served. Priority seating for sponsors is not available at other stages/rooms.

Priority entry

Skip the main entry queue and use our priority entry queue for faster entry to the convention on both Saturday and Sunday.

Fast-track in autograph sessions

A separate fast-track line for silver and gold sponsors so that you don’t have to wait as long to get that autograph or photograph!

2x autograph / photograph tokens

Each token can be exchanged for either an autograph or a photograph with our special guests. As a silver sponsor, you’ll receive two tokens. Additional tokens are available to purchase at the convention.
