Afternoon Tea - UK PonyCon 2024
Tickets were released to Bronze, Silver and Gold Sponsors at 19:00 on Wednesday 28th August 2024. Sponsors received information via email and the #sponsor-2024-news channel of our Discord server for instructions on how to purchase their ticket. Remaining tickets went on general sale from 19:00 on Friday 30th August 2024 and sold out within an hour. No more Afternoon Tea tickets are available to purchase.
Join our special guests, AJ Bridel and Ashleigh Ball, and other attendees for the UK PonyCon 2024 Afternoon Tea, taking place between 14:15 and 15:15 on Saturday 5th October 2024 in the Refectory, located near to our Mane Stage.
This is an add-on ticket. You must have a valid ticket for admission to the convention on Saturday 5th October 2024. Valid tickets include Saturday, Weekend, Sponsor, Stall, Stall Helper, Staff, and personal assistant tickets.
Optionally, add a glass of prosecco on arrival for an additional £5.00. Ages 18+ only and proof of age (ID) may be required on a Challenge 25 basis.
The Afternoon Tea takes place in the Refectory, located close to our Mane Stage (labelled as Afternoon Tea Venue on our venue map) - no need to leave the pony convention bubble! It has step-free access via lifts.
Except for people with Gold Sponsor tickets, seating is not assigned. There will be multiple tables to choose from. Gold Sponsors will be seated on a table reserved for them and our special guests. We expect the special guests to tour the room during the experience to briefly chat with all tables.
On arrival you will pick up your handwritten place card. Place this on your table so that others get to know your name, and you can introduce yourself to the others at your table. At the end of the Afternoon Tea, you may take your place card home with you.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please indicate any allergies and dietary requirements when purchasing your ticket. Please add tickets for people with allergies or dietary requirements to the basket separately. We will forward these to the venue for their catering team to review, and we may contact you for further information. They endeavour to accommodate as many people’s requirements as possible, however they may not be able to accommodate all. If they cannot accommodate your requirements, we will issue a full refund.
Personal Assistant (Carers) Tickets
Personal Assistant (Carers) who wish to eat or drink at the Afternoon Tea must have their own full-price ticket. For personal assistants who are not eating or drinking at the Afternoon Tea, we can offer complimentary tickets - please select the option when adding the item to your basket.
Children
Children are welcome at the Afternoon Tea with a ticket. There are no discounts or special menus for children. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult with their own Afternoon Tea ticket.
