Stall tickets launch tomorrow
UK PonyCon will have stalls tickets available on Sunday the 11th of July 2021 at 5pm for our in person convention taking place in Nottingham on the 9th and 10th of October 2021. There have been some slight changes to how we are opening for stalls at UK PonyCon events, so please read this page and our stalls policy carefully.
We are not opening for ‘stalls applications’. Stall tickets can be purchased directly from our website on a first-come first-served basis! All potential stallholders looking to sell at UKPC events should read our stalls policy before purchasing a ticket. We reserve the right to refuse a stallholder who is in violation of our stalls policy, or we believe is likely to be unable to comply. You will hear back from our stalls team via email within one week of purchasing a stall ticket with confirmation that we’re satisfied with your purchase of a stall ticket. We hope that this change will streamline the stalls process for everyone involved. Many of our potential stallholders are returning to UK PonyCon events and we are excited to welcome you back!
We have split our stalls tickets into two distinct categories: an “artist” category and a “non-artist” category. An example of an “artist” stall is someone who creates original artwork designs and sells prints or products with said artwork. An example of a “non-artist” stall is someone who sells merchandise or figures. We are doing this to provide a variety of stalls to attendees, while keeping the process streamlined. If you sell both types of products, please select the one making up the majority of your shop. Please feel free to contact us via social media or email stalls@ukponycon.co.uk before tickets go on sale and our team can help answer which ticket type they think you would fall under.
Our stalls tickets go on sale at 5pm on Sunday the 11th of July and will remain open until we sell all of our stalls tickets. stall tickets are £72.00 and include one 1.5m table, two chairs and admission for one person. To maximise variety, we are limiting tables to one per vendor. Stallholders at UK PonyCon may purchase one Stallholder Helper ticket, priced at £35.00 and available to buy at a future date.
