What is the best ticket for you, for UK PonyCon 2023? Well lets see what is available!
STANDARD TICKETS Are £52.00 per person, over the age of 14. This covers both days of the convention, Saturday the 30th of September and Sunday the 1st of October. This is our most popular ticket which most attendees will purchase! Upon arriving at the convention? You will be given your pass to allow you to come and go from the convention, which can be personalised up until August the 1st with a name of your choosing! You will also recieve the con book for the year. This is a one-stop guide to the con and contains a map, the events schedule, information about our special guests, a guide to our stallholders, amazing artwork and so much more! You get to keep this as a memento of the convention too! Only able to attend for one day? Never fear!
DAY TICKETS Day tickets are available for attendees who are not able to attend for both the Saturday and the Sunday of our convention. Day tickets are available at a rate of £34 for the Saturday (which includes access to the Saturday night music concert!) and £27 for the Sunday! Don’t worry, both days have LOTS to offer!
FAMILY TICKETS UK PonyCon has a long history (Established in 2004 in fact!) of being a family friendly convention, sticking with that legacy? We offer a family ticket! A family ticket can either be….
2 adults and up to 2 children
Or alternatively, 1 Adult and up to four children
Family tickets are priced at £104 for the full weekend! Or? £68 for entry just on the Saturday. Just the Sunday? is £54. Please note! All under 18’s will need to be supervised by a adult after 18:00 (6pm) on the Saturday of the convention. UK PonyCon has events catered specifically for children at UK PonyCon, so keep an eye out for those when our events schedule goes live! WHICH WILL BE HERE
BRONZE TICKETS Bronze tickets are not limited (Well, only by our venue capacity!) Consider a Bronze ticket a upgrade on a standard ticket with a few fun extras! Bronze tickets are £81 per person! Bronze sponsors will get a exclusive button badge designed by one of the talented artists from our UK PONYCON COMMITEE ! You will also be given the exclusive sponsors only lanyard design for 2023 upon arrival! A bronze ticket includes a £5 donation to our charity the Riding for the Disabled Association Who we raised £11,000 for last UK PonyCon! Bronze ticket holders get a name of there choosing printed into our Con Book that every attendee will see! (Subject to print deadline, so don’t delay, go bronze today!) You will be granted a exclusive role / chat in our Discord server ! On top of ALL THAT? You also get to be the first people lucky enough to secure a ticket at our afternoon tea as we have a Bronze and Silver pre sale before standard attendees can get a spot to drink tea with our SPECIAL GUESTS
SILVER TICKETS A step up from Bronze tickets, we have? Silver! Silver Sponsor tickets are £150. Outside of the fact that, all of our Sponsor tickets are supporting the convention to allow us to keep doing really awesome things! We have some exciting perks that you wont find with a Bronze sponsor ticket! Instead of a £5 donation to our CHARITY ? Instead a silver ticket includes a £10.00 donation to the Riding for the Disabled Association! Silver Sponsors, like our Gold tickets? Get a exclusive sponsor t-shirt! On top of that? Silver Sponsors can opt in to purchase the exclusive Sponsor hoodie for +£50. Only Silver and Gold sponsors have access to this! Silver ticket holders also receive a exclusive design tote bag (Separate to the tote standard attendees can purchase from our merch table!), to have somewhere to put all the wares brought from our Stallholders :P We aren’t done yet though! Silver ticket holders also get a metal travel mug, a high quality exclusive art print. Priority entry and Priority queue-ing for autograph and photo sessions with our SPECIAL GUESTS UK PonyCon is not done giving you bang for your buck yet though! Silver sponsors automatically get 2x autograph or photograph tokens to exchange in our signing area and a selection of button badges for UK PonyCon 2023 on arrival!
GOLD TICKETS the big one! Four lucky UK PonyCon attendees will become our Gold ticket holders. The most exclusive ticket type at UK PonyCon and costing £400 per ticket - What do you get? A lot is the short answer! Gold tickets include a £20 donation to our lovely CHARITY It allows you to help us start fundraising? Before the convention even starts - Awesome! Gold ticket holders, unlike Silver? Get the sponsor hoodie included! There’s no +£50 fee to add it onto your ticket. Gold ticket holders will get a personalised letter from our chair and a thank-you for the support for UK PonyCon 2023 in our closing ceremonies! Gold ticket holders get to sit on the top table of our afternoon tea event (of which you have automatic entry without needing to purchase separately) To sit with our SPECIAL GUESTS Kelly Sheridan and Elley-Ray! Gold sponsor tickets get a exclusive hand made Britannia plush from Sewpoke. Only four of these in this exact style will ever be made, These super cuddly little Britannia’s help to support a small business in the UK and UK PonyCon as a convention! Here is last years exclusive Britannia plush from Sewpoke! A Bat-Britannia for our gothic theme!
This plush ^ Is super soft! Being made with Minky! She features lots of embroidered details, Like the boning on her wings and ears. This years Gold ticket exclusive plush? Will be Britannia, but looking a little different… This is also different to the bat britannia plush that we sold (and will be selling) at our merchandise table. That plush? Is not handmade in the UK. A comparison photo is provided below of the two different plushies!
On the left? Is the Sewpoke Bat-Britannia? On the right? Is the mass produced Britannia sold at our merchandise table. Of course, Gold ticket holders can always purchase a bat-britannia plush from our merchandise table as a extra to the exclusive Sewpoke plush for 2023. All the plushies! :)

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKETS UK PonyCon recognises, that some attendees require extra support to be able to attend and enjoy UK PonyCon. Therefore?
