Potential UK PonyCon 2023 Stallholders? We have news for you!
Stallholder applications will be opening on APRIL 30TH! Stallholder applications are NOT first come, first served, so there is no need to rush to apply! In fact? Applications will be open until: SUNDAY MAY 28TH!
Ahead of opening for Stallholder applications? Our stalls page has undergone a update HERE Some useful things to know for 2023 in particular? A small stall, is £80.00, A small stall with extra space is £100.00 & a large stall is also £100. This price INCLUDES admission to the convention, so please wait to purchase attending tickets until we have approved your stall and given you link to purchase a stalls ticket! Stallholder helper tickets will be £42 at UK PonyCon 2023, There’s more information about table dimensions and helper tickets on our STALLS PAGE
Stallholders are a important part of UK PonyCon and we are excited to welcome back past stallholders and hopefully welcome some new faces into our stallholder area this year! Once you have submitted a application form? We suggest that you join our UK PONYCON DISCORD SERVER Where once approved? We can assign you a stallholder role and you can gain access to our dedicated stallholder channels to advertise ahead of the convention! Joining early means you can find your way around and perhaps join our weekly voice calls!
UK PonyCon is immensely proud to have a long history and be a convention for every generation of the franchise and every fan! We love to see a variety of stallholders submitting via our application form every year! Unfortunately? We cannot promise that every applicant will be successful. That being said, here’s a few things you can do to make sure that, if we have space? We can indeed approve you as a stallholder!
UK PonyCon is a family friendly event. As such we don’t allow any graphic content of any nature to be sold at the convention. Potential stallholders should make sure any links submitted via our application form (Such as social media /online stores/portfolio’s ect!) are also family friendly as well.
Make sure to submit your application with a email address that you check regularly !
UK PonyCon is a My Little Pony convention and we insist that your table is stocked with majority My Little Pony. If you apply to be a stallholder, however, and have no My Little Pony items in a online store or any My Little Pony artwork in a art portfolio? It would make us less likely to accept you as a stallholder! UK PonyCon stallholders are encouraged to diversify with non- My Little Pony items as well. We love seeing other franchises and characters represented as well as crossovers! But we are still a My Little Pony fan event!
