Please remember, This is not first come? first serve! UK PonyCon stallholder applications will be open until May the 28th so there’s no need to rush to submit a application form! You can find our STALLHOLDER POLICY here to read over before you submit a application form!
All stallholders MUST be over the age of 18 to be able to have a stall at UK PonyCon 2023 (By the time of the convention!) 75% of your stalls stock must be My Little Pony related, or themed! As we are a My Little Pony fan convention, but we welcome other items available on your stall, so long as they adhere to our selling restrictions!

Remember? Stallholders, do not need to purchase a standard attending ticket to the convention in addition to a stallholder ticket. It is all included! So please wait to hear back from our team before purchasing a ticket!
