Pre-registration for UK PonyCon 2024
We’re pleased to invite those with sponsor tickets and standard tickets valid for Saturday or the whole weekend to collect their con badge and sponsor goodies early during our pre-registration session at Hilton Nottingham between 14:00 and 20:00 on Friday 4th October 2024. Pre-ordered Britannia plushies will also be available to collect.
Hilton Nottingham is located next to the Victoria Centre on Milton Street in Nottingham city centre (postcode NG1 3PZ), approximately 400 metres or 5 minutes from the convention at Nottingham Trent University. Pre-registration will take place in the St Andrews Suite, located on the ground floor with full step-free access.
Pre-registration on Friday is optional. Registration on Saturday morning as normal continues to be available.
As part of our strategy to reduce the time our attendees spend in queues and more time enjoying the convention, we’re offering pre-registration. This is an opportunity to collect your con badge, lanyard, sponsor goodies (where applicable) and pre-ordered Britannia plushie on Friday. Those collecting their con badge on Friday should enter the convention faster on Saturday morning, and reduce the demand for registration for those who will register on Saturday morning. We know that many attendees travel to Nottingham on Friday and we hope that a significant number of people will take us up on this opportunity.

The following ticket types are not eligible to pre-register on Friday:
Stallholders and Stall Helpers: collect your stallholder welcome pack when you arrive to set up your stall at the loading bay at Nottingham Trent University on South Sherwood Street (more information at the bottom of the stalls page)
Adult Sunday, Child Sunday and Family Sunday: queues on Sunday morning are much shorter and we do not expect you to benefit from pre-registration
