Indulge in the Supporters Dinner

As the daytime events come to an end on Saturday evening, take a moment to join your fellow attendees and our special guests in the Old Chemistry Theatre for a special meal, located in a room adjacent to our Mane Stage.

This event begins at 17:30 with a drinks reception, where you can choose from a glass of sparkling wine (18+) or elderflower pressé on arrival.

For those wishing to take part, we’ll then take a group photo around 17:45, before choosing our seats for dinner at tables of ten. Our special guests will be seated with our Gold Sponsor ticket holders.

The main course consists of a buffet served from around 18:00, featuring the following dishes:

• Slow cooked locally sourced beef with roots, rosemary and caramelised baby onions

• Chicken tikka masala with garlic and coriander naan bread

• Chicken nuggets and chips

• Moussaka of aubergine, butternut, bean, courgette and mushroom (vegetarian)

• Roasted Mediterranean vegetable lasagne (vegetarian)

• Rice or potatoes

• Salad of rocket, spinach, cucumber and radish

• Tomato, olive, red onion and chive salad

• Barbeque red slaw

• Bread rolls

For dessert, you’ll find a delicious selection of cold desserts.

Table water will be provided, while the Mane Stage bar will be open for attendees desiring to purchase something more.

During the dinner, we’ll have a short speech from our special guests and committee.

As you leave to join the Saturday night music concert or one of our other evening activities, don’t forget to pick up your souvenir postcard with a print exclusively for attendees of the Supporters Dinner.

Tickets to the Supporters Dinner are priced at £50 per person. The Gold Sponsor Ticket already includes one ticket to the Supporters Dinner.

Attendees with Bronze, Silver and Gold tickets benefit from a one week early-access period to buy tickets for themselves and up to four friends, beginning 4pm on Thursday 21st July. Please check your email inbox for an email or the sponsor channels on the UK PonyCon Discord server for the link and password to take advantage of this exclusive period. All other attendees are invited to buy Supporters Dinner tickets from 4pm on Thursday 28th July. The last day to purchase a ticket to the Supporters Dinner will be 5th September 8th October (at the convention), or when tickets sell out, whichever is earlier.
